Hey guys! So over the last few weeks I started programing my own workouts a little different then I was use to! Dave Whitley wrote me a program that used a lot of Density work. It was something I was not familiar with but It brought me some profound results. 

 

Always warm up and do mobility before you train! I like to warm up with Get ups and Arm bars especially on a day like today thats heavy on the shoulders.
