Amazing 12

“Before starting the Amazing 12 program, I was working out 4 days a week and eating very healthy. I honestly didn’t really feel like I needed to do the program (except to shed those few extra Christmas pounds) but decided to do it so I could be with my husband. After the 1st week, I noticed a huge difference and jokingly told Alydia, “I’m done, that’s all I need!” By week three, I was feeling fantastic. I had shed the extraneous pounds and was becoming strong for the first time in my life. I have always had a really weak upper body and never really focused on building it up. I was able to do actual pushups for the first time and slinging a 30 lb. bag of dog food over my shoulder became no big deal. Being tachycardic and having scoliosis made me really nervous initially; I didn’t want to be embarrassed if I had to stop or do something differently. Alydia worked with me every step of the way and I’m so happy to say, I have had almost no back pain since I started the program and for the first time in my life, my heart rate got over 200 bpm without me passing out. This program was hard work, but was worth every penny, every second spent working out, and every dessert turned down. Thank you, Alydia, for changing my life!”

When She started she was struggling to bench 30lbs for 7 reps. and she finished benching 75lbs for multiple sets of 3. Her Military press started at 30lbs for 5 reps and finished with 45lbs for 5 reps. Esther was built to squat! she added over 55lbs to her squat finishing with 100lbs for 30 reps. Her deadlift added 90lbs finishing with 135 for 6 reps! For being Small she sure is MIGHTY!

She lost 10lbs and 4.8 inches over all!
