My digestive issues completely disappeared.

"When I heard about the Amazing 12 program, I'd been working with Alydia for about 9 months. While I was getting stronger slowly, I was very stubborn about my diet and consistency, yet complaining that I wasn't seeing progress with my nutrition and strength. I was still having digestive issues, and really reluctant to make personal changes. I'm talking refusing to give up my nightly cheese dip &pretzels diet! 

For me, the Amazing 12 would give me structure and accountability, and would also give me a reason to use my stubbornness in a positive way! It would also give me the skills to make healthy choices for the rest of my life. And that's exactly what it did. 

Not only did I get so much leaner, stronger, and confident (being able to do 34 chin-ups will do that!); my whole body was cheering! My digestive issues completely disappeared. My sleep patterns became much more normal. My energy was up, and my caffeine consumption way down. My strength progressed in such a graceful way, I almost didn't notice it until I could do crazy strong things. Within a week, my whole body felt amazing! I couldn't stop talking about it. Seriously, ask anyone. I wanted the whole world to feel as great as I do! 

I had been slightly concerned about my small height and whether strength gains were possible for someone under 5 feet tall, but man was I wrong! I was passing personal goals right and left! And when I started dropping dress sizes along with my bad habits, no more complaints or worries from me! I haven't been this size since college, and I'm 34! 

One of the hugest things for me was my heart rate. Being from a family with heart issues, and being that heart disease is prominent in women, my heart rate monitor showed my heart getting stronger and healthier. And I could feel it! 

I wasn't sure I would be able to break down my walls to do a 12 week program, or even eat small, proportional meals thought the day, but I exceeded my own expectations and my mind and body were singing! I literally cannot say enough good things about Alydia or this program! It has been, and will continue to be, life changing for me!"

Lauren is a quite stubborn girl, but that stubbornness is what drove her to such success in Amazing 12. She made an exceptional life change from diet, to physical strength, to just overall confidence! Her new found strength has now poured into every area of her life! She's now walking in more confidence then I've ever seen. I love watching how strength can empower. Jenny is hilarious and the life of the party! She is also one of the hardest working people I know. She had maybe 5 days off in the whole 12 weeks working 70hrs a week and a very physically tasking job. What I love about Jenny's success story is of course that she shredded loads of fat but she gained stability, balance, and strength. She has virtually no cartilage in her knees. We were able adjust to her programing to meet her at her level. She finished Amazing 12 LOADS stronger. She was able to step up on a box 2 ft off the ground with stability and confidence, She no longer needed to Ice her knees after long days on her feet.

Tomato Basil Fritata {Amazing 12 Compliant}

I had a brunch to attend this weekend and I don't know about you but sometimes social gatherings can be hard to follow your nutrition plan. I always tell my clients not to use those events as an excuse to go rogue but to just do the best they can. So I brainstormed a dish I could make that myself and a few of my clients could enjoy that still followed our nutrition plan BUT was Delicious enough for others to enjoy as well! I think I succeeded. On this particular day I was trying to keep my carbs and fats to a minimum so I made this dish with egg whites and no crust or dairy. It also made it fairly allergy friendly [unless you can't have eggs at all :( ] You could easily adjust this to meet your palate or dietary needs by using whole eggs, or a little mozzarella cheese!!! (YUM)

.5 lb Ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped Basil
Handful of Spinach
Handful Cherry tomatoes cut into fourths
Roma tomato (sliced for garnish)
2 cups Egg whites
Small red onion finely chopped
Coconut oil to coat pie dish

Heat oven to 350. Coat dish with coconut oil. In a pan brown turkey and onion at the same time. Once juices release add 1/4 cup of basil, salt and pepper. Once turkey is browned add to the greased pie dish. Sprinkle tomatoes and spinach over the pie dish. Whisk the egg whites, remaining basil, salt and pepper and then pour over toppings. Lay sliced Roma tomatoes on top and bake for 1 hour.
