Alydia Bryant

Owner and Founder of TorqueStrong

I have absolutely enjoyed every minute of being a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach. There is nothing more exciting to me then watching people determine they are ready to make changes in their life! I am married to my high school sweet heart! He has supported me and encouraged me every step of the way. My current favorite lift is the Bent Press. I Love COFFEE, strong coffee. I love to travel. My hope is that my life and pursuit of strength can empower, help, and heal those I encounter. I desire to be a life-long student of strength, nutrition, and the human body. The human body is so complex and intricate yet beautiful in every way. When I'm not training you can find me in the woods hammocking with my dogs, enjoying a good book and God's magnificent creation.

I began training and coaching because I truly wanted to help people meet their goals. As I have continued in fitness however, I now realize that the best part of training and coaching is showing people what they are capable of. Achieving a goal is an amazing experience but helping others see that they can achieve more than they ever thought possible, that's the real pay off for me.

I am happily married to my wonderful wife and she and I have two amazing children together.

I love movies and any kind of functional fitness aka "Training for real life."

Through training and coaching I hope that others are able to see what I see in them. As a professional it's my job to unlock that potential. I provide the tools, buts it's you that builds the house. At the end of the day, training should be an enjoyable stress reliever and not a dreaded chore.

My passion for fitness and health began at a young age. I grew up an athlete and played sports for most of my life. My personal experiences with injuries helped me discover that I wanted to be part of the medical field in some way. The human body and the way it functions has always fascinated me. I began my exercise science degree at Liberty University with hopes of going to physical therapy school, but I found my passion for personal training instead. I learned I could help people feel and look better through exercise. I have been personal training for about two years now. I have experience with sports performance training and functional movement strength training. I love seeing people reach their goals and not only feel physically better but mentally as well.
